7. Cancellation and Termination
a. Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel a service contract by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Cancellations made after services have been rendered will not qualify for refunds.
b. Company Termination
Nairobi Sanitary Bins reserves the right to suspend or terminate any contract if:
- The client fails to make timely payments.
- The client provides false information or breaches these Terms.
- There are repeated service interruptions caused by the client.
Upon termination, any outstanding balance must be settled immediately.
